Ever since I had the all out cucidati and anise cookie holiday weekend, I’ve harbored the desire to one day own an Italian bakery and gelatori (so, it’s been like, two weeks).
I only know how to make those two cookies.
And I don’t know how to make gelato.
And I’m not entirely sure an Italian bake shop would exactly thrive in the South.
I have absolutely nothing to back this thing up with, basically.
But there you have it.
Oh well, I guess I’ll have to go move to Italy and live there a few years and do some Italian pastry research!
